How We Manufacture Custom Plastic Packaging Bags
Film Material Inspection & Preparation
PVC, EVA, TPU, PE/CPE, PP and OPP films are checked for thickness, clarity, color and surface condition. Approved film rolls are identified and prepared according to the confirmed order specification.
Custom Logo Printing
Approved logos, patterns, barcodes or warning information are printed on the film according to the confirmed artwork, colors and position. Print alignment and surface quality are checked before the next process.
Film Slitting & Production Setup
Printed film is slit to the required width and prepared for the specified bag size. Zipper profiles, sliders and other components are matched to the production order before bag forming.
Bag Forming, Sealing & Cutting
Film is aligned, sealed and cut into flat bags using a process suitable for the selected material. Press-to-close tracks, slider zippers, hanging holes, flap structures or open-top designs are added as specified.
In-Process Quality Inspection
Inspectors check bag dimensions, film thickness, edge sealing, zipper function, hanging-hole position, print alignment and overall appearance against the approved sample and order specification.
Counting, Packing & Shipment
Finished bags are counted, bundled and placed in protective inner packaging before carton packing. Carton quantities, labels and shipping preparation are confirmed before dispatch.
